At PRS Hardwares, we accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories. To request a return, customers must contact us through WhatsApp or phone and share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification. Eligible products will be replaced free of cost, and if a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or missing packaging/accessories are not eligible for return or refund. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
